This year, the Chuck Cook Trade Show celebrates its 12th anniversary at the University Center Club, Florida State University. Tallahassee, FL.
Hotels with new sales reps or that are just opening, remodeling, or changing flags or ownership will find this an unparalleled opportunity to promote their property. Thank you for the wonderful trade show you produce each year. In 2008 I got too many leads and RFP’s to count. It was an awesome experience from the exhibitor perspective. I have never, and I truly mean never, participated in any trade show where the exhibitors are treated like they are at your show. Imagine the banquet staff asking an exhibitor if they could refresh your beverage and bring it to your booth so that you wouldn’t have to leave and miss an opportunity to speak with a prospective customer. And the move-in was exceptional, with an attendant at my beck and call. Anyway, I won’t ever miss one of your shows if I can help it.

The Chuck Cook show is always a priority when it comes to budgeting for the calendar/fiscal year. From the pre-show information, to the cost of the event, to the venue and room set up, to the pre-qualified attendees, to the food & beverage... absolutely nothing is overlooked. It's so obvious that the show is run by professionals! And the planners who attend have business to give us and I typically end up bringing home RFP's - which is the reason we all attend in the first place. The Chuck Cook Trade Show is always at the top of the budget list for the Orlando CVB. In the past 6 years of attending, I have never left the show without a minimum of 5 RFPs. It is the event that I can show my Board of Directors and "powers that be" the most return on our investment. Chuck and Barbara invite only qualified meeting planners and encourage the meeting planners to bring RFPs with them to the show. The pre and post preparation is obvious to the exhibitors and the attendees alike.

Wow! What a great trade show. The show is extremely well organized. With the floor plan handout giving us the location of each hotel's display, we were able to quickly find representatives from specific areas of the state.
