2:00 pm -  4:30 pm  Exhibitors Set Up

4:30 pm -  5:00 pm   Exhibitors Enjoy F&B

5:00 pm -  7:30 pm  Trade Show & Reception

7:30 pm -  8 :30 pm Trade Show Dismantling

Location:

University Center Club, 3rd floor, Building B

Doak Campbell (FSU) Stadium, Tallahassee

 Directions from the Capital:

Go west on Pensacola Street to FSU stadium. 

At stadium light, turn left onto Champions Way,

proceed to Building B, 3rd floor

(unload left of entrance at platform with freight elevator).  Park in gated visitors lot across the street.

 

Directions from I-10:

Take Havana-Tallahassee exit South to Downtown. U.S. 27 becomes South Monroe Street. 

At Capitol take Jefferson-Pensacola west to FSU stadium

and follow above directions.

Six-foot tabletop:

$550

Eight-foot tabletop:

$800

Rates increase by $100 after June 30, 2010

 

Refunds:

50% of fee if notified before July 5th

NO refunds after July 5th
